Program Details

Free Discovery Session

In the FREE 30-minute discovery call, we assess if we would be a good mutual fit. I will give you an overview of the program, articulate who this program will benefit the most, and talk about improvement opportunities for you based on a review of your resume. We will also talk about pre-work for the course.

This is an intensive process with a lot of discussion and brainstorming. I assess motivation and readiness levels in my clients, before signing anyone on.

Session 1: I give you detailed feedback on your resume to identify opportunities. I also give an overview of the ValuZition Personal Marketing Framework and the “Outside-In” Story Selection process based on the job description and the roles, responsibilities, and success factors mentioned in it.

Session 2: We finalize which of your stories to highlight on the resume and during interviews. I give you an overview of the Story Articulation process to help lay out the stories based on your experience, generate resume content and help prepare for interviews.

Session 3: We select an important story and describe it with the Story Articulation process of the ValuZition Personal Marketing Framework.

Session 4: We select another important story and describe it with the Story Articulation process of the ValuZition Personal Marketing Framework. You then deploy the process and describe the next story independently.

Session 5: I give feedback on your application of the Story Articulation process for an additional story.

Session 6: I give feedback on your application of the Story Articulation process for all your remaining stories. I also you give an overview of how your stories generate content for your resume.

Session 7: We work on finalizing your resume content and articulating your value proposition through resume headlines and the summary section.

Session 8: First mock interview and feedback.

Session 9: Second mock interview and feedback. This will be very case-study oriented.

Session 10: Wrap up (end-of-program assessment, recap of wins, determining a sustainment plan for when you are done with the program).

Delivery:

1-hour long one-on-one sessions with a mix of screen sharing and video. You can be anywhere in the world and we will connect over a Video chat (e.g. Zoom, Skype).
